1 - high priority

bits 2 to 7: reserved for future use

bit 8:

0 - clear message after a delay

1 - wait for user to clear message

<text> - text to be displayed to user

<cmdDetails> - unsigned Integer used as a bit field.

0..255 - used as a bit field:

bit 1:

0 - Digits only (0-9, *, # and +)

1 - Alphabet set;

bit 2:

0 - SMS default alphabet (GSM character set)

1 - UCS2 alphabet

bit 3:

0 - Character sets defined by bit 1 and bit 2 are enabled

1 - Character sets defined by bit 1 and bit 2 are disabled and the

"Yes/No" response is requested

bits 4 to 7:

bit 8:

0 - No help information available

1 - Help information available

<text> - String as prompt for text.
