FINAL CHECKLIST
PLACEMENT OF UNIT:

pecified clearances maintained to cabinet surfaces.
L Wok cooktop correctly positioned and anchored in countertop recess.
L Nylon tie straps securing burner to channel have been removed.
L Backguard attached if less than 12” clearance to combustibles behind unit.
ELECTRICAL:
L Polarized 120 VAC, 15 ampere receptacle with 15 ampere over current protection provided, for service
cord connection.
GAS SUPPLY:
L Pressure regulator (shipped with unit) connected to manifold and set for 5.0” W.C. for natural gas or
10.0” W.C. for LP.
L Manual gas shut off valve installed in accessible location.
L Unit tested and free of gas leaks.
OPERATION:
L All internal packing material removed.
L Bezel centered on burner knob and knob turns freely.
L Burner lights satisfactorily.
L Flame adjustment for soft blue cone made on burner.
L Low flame adjustment verified.
L Drip tray is properly in place and slides out freely.
